Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Lihmon. Deodorant is personal — body chemistry varies, scents hit differently, and what works for your best friend might not work for you. That's why we back every order with a no-stress guarantee.

The 14-Day Pit Promise

Try your Lihmon for up to 14 days from delivery. If it doesn't work for you — for any reason — we'll refund your order. 

Just email us at support@lihmon.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

A few small things to know:

  • The Pit Promise covers one refund per customer.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Item

If your order arrives broken, leaking, damaged:

  • Email support@lihmon.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

What's Not Covered

  • Orders past the 14-day window.
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (please reach out to them directly).
  • Bulk or wholesale orders, which follow separate terms.
  • Gift cards.

Subscriptions

If you're on a Lihmon subscription, you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no phone calls, no "are you sure?" loops. The Pit Promise applies to each shipment individually.
